Hey Everyone!

So…it has been a while since I have posted on my official website, for many reasons, but that will soon change in the not-too-distant future. I have already updated the official domain name; as of today, it is no longer SapphicSOUL.com – it is now SapphicSTEPH.com, just to keep things consistent and not confuse anyone. Since all of my other official pages use SapphicSteph, it’s a no-brainer that the official site should fall in line. So, there’s that…

The site will also get a facelift, hopefully sooner than later. I’m in the process of getting updated photos of me done, so I can use them for press and the website itself. Since we live in a very visual world, this is a must, and it will happen, so stay tuned.

The long-awaited EP, Songs About V, is quite close to being completed! It took me a long time to get this right because it’s a deeply personal EP, and because there are more moving parts to this project than before. Of course, Peter Anthony Red will make his deep impression on the album as co-Executive Producer, so you know with a team like us, it’ll be a great collaborative effort! It’s a very different sound from my debut release, The SapphicSoul EP, and it will show my growth as an artist, songwriter, producer (yes, I do produce), and as an overall individual. I can’t wait to drop this jewel in your possession! You’ll thank me for it.

One more thing, and this is a big one…*pause*

I’m changing my stage name. That’s right…Steph, The Sapphic Songstress will soon be no more!

If you hover over the title of this site, you’ll see what my new name will be…but, I will REALLY make it official when I do my live video update, so stay tuned for the official announcement.

So, in short: 2017 is going to be a GREAT YEAR!!!
