Substantial’s long-awaited 5th solo LP, Adultish, is out now and available on all digital streaming platforms. This Kickstarter-backed and fully-funded project includes a star-studded roster of heavyweights, including me, and believe me, this album does not disappoint.

Adultish was produced top to bottom by Substantial himself, and mixed, as well as mastered, by longtime collaborator and Hip Hop legend, Tonedeff. Features include Tamara Wellons, Black Root, Marcus D, Shing02, Javier Starks, Uyama Hiroto, DJ Jav, MLLN, T.Lucas, DJ RBI, Jonathan Smalls, Malcolm Jackson, as well as commentary from Marvelous Jones and Sherm The Barber. Of course, what would a Sub project be without a vocal feature from yours truly? I make an appearance on the “Wish U Were Here” sequel, “Ghost In A Cell”, so be sure to check that out, along with the rest of the project, which is undoubtedly an AOTY (Album Of The Year) contender.
